What rural campaigns struggle with most is a lack of capacity. There is no shortage of work to be done, but there are never enough people to do it. RGG is unique in that we directly provide operational support to campaigns instead of a check—this helps campaigns with the work that they need help with, and lowers the cost per campaign. Not every campaign needs a full-time staff member to fill each of the roles of Field, Communications, Political, Digital, Finance, and Operations directors—with RGG stepping in to shore up the gaps, campaigns are able to spend their dollars more efficiently and where they are most needed.
